1. What’s the MOQ?
Our MOQ is usually 500 units. Its available to adjust if you don't need so much, The more you order, the price cheaper.
2. Can you provide the sample for free?
If there is in stock, charge cost according to unit price.
If you need customization, we need to confirm the sample fee, which can be refunded after placing an order.
3. Can you customize the product?
Of course. We can customization of your logo, color, packaging and so on. According to your requirements, we will make the effect drawing within 1-2 hours. If you have your own design, please provide the drawing.
4. What is your waterproof?
Regular we make 3 ATM, it can be customized as you like.
5. How much is the freight?
Please provide your address, so that I can help you confirm the reasonable freight and channel.
6. What is the delivery time?
For items in stock, we’ll deliver it 3-7 days after your payment.
For OEM/ODM order, the normal delivery time of sample is about 14-20 days, and the mass production is about 30-40 days.
7. How about your payment?
30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
We can accept payment by T/T, PayPal, Western Union, Trade Assurance, etc.
8. How long is your warranty?
Usually 1-2 years.
9. What kind of batteries do you have?
Chinese battery: The service life of quartz watch is about 1 year, and digital watch is about 8 months.
Japanese battery: The service life of quartz watch is about 2 years, and digital watch is about 1-2 years.
10. What kind of quartz movement do you have?
The most commonly used are Chinese movement SL68, Japanese movement PC21S or PC21J and Miyota 2035.
11. What’s your packing?
Regular package: opp bag with zip-lock bag / bubble bag (for free), packing in carton.
Gift box package: custom design gift box (need additional charge), packing in carton.
12. What certificates do you have?
We have CE, BSCI, ROHS, etc.
